We’re a young company and these are bulky products that are super expensive for us to ship. Unless there’s a serious material defect, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. When we get bigger we will look to change this policy, but for now, please just be extra careful reading all the product descriptions before ordering.
We are sending with ground shipping because the items are so big. Please expect 5-7 days for the items to arrive. Shipping is most likely included in your total cost, but we might charge a little extra depending on the location. Right now, we ship everywhere in the continental USA.
Where will my order ship from?
Our factory is located just outside Salt Lake City, Utah.
Why haven’t I received my shipping confirmation?
Our warehouse workers are likely hard at work processing all the orders. We try to ship orders most weekdays at approximately 1pm MT. Any orders placed after will likely be shipped the following day. If it’s been a few work days and you still haven’t received confirmation, please reach out at email@example.com so we can figure out how to resolve the issue.
How do I track my order?
We send our cushions through FedEx ground shipping. You can track your order here with your shipping number (which you can find in the shipping confirmation email).
These are big products and we unfortunately do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I change or cancel my order? If the product has already left our factory, there’s unfortunately not much we can do. However, if it hasn’t, we’ll be happy to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org
